Innovative sale of the year – Verde with Dynes
In this highly innovative sale, Verde Group helped Dynes Transport to design a cost beneﬁt analysis and business case for change. In building the relationship over a twelve-month period Verde was able to deliver value through the discovery and scoping process to win the deal over larger global competitors.
It was a case of not only convincing the owners that Greentree was the right solution, but that the investment in a major IT change project would realise the ROI they were looking for.
